Can Quick Care treat my illness/injury or do I need to visit the ER?

When you or your loved ones are sick or hurting, the last thing you need to worry about is where to go to get the care you need. Quick Care can treat minor injuries, illnesses, and non-life-threatening medical conditions. Please view our services page for a full list of medical conditions we can treat. For medical emergencies and life-threatening health conditions, please call 911 or visit the closest emergency room.

What other alternative payment options are there?

Other than health insurance. We accept cash and credit card payments. If you are paying with cash or credit card payment is due at the appointment.

How does telehealth work?

For urgent care telehealth. Give our clinic a call and let us know that you want to be seen via telehealth. Then we will get you set up. You will receive an email with the secured link and a time we will be available.

What types of insurance does Quick Care accept?

We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Tricare, AVERA, Sanford, and Medicaid insurances. Co-pays and cash payments are due at the time of service.

Do I have to make an appointment?

For urgent care services, nope! We accept walking for our urgent care services at all our locations. If you would like to receive urgent care via online, please give us a call so we can send you a secure zoom link.

What is Sliding Scale Discount?

This program is designed to provide free or discounted care to those who have limited means to pay for medical services (uninsured and underinsured). The Federal Poverty Guidelines are used to determine eligibility for program.
All you need to do is download and print the file below. Fill out the application. Then bring it to the clinic to be reviewed by our staff. Please contact us at the midtown clinic if you have any questions.
